Hotels
The event will be held in the official hotel complex comprising of the following 2 hotels: Hotel Terme 4*, Hotel Toplice 4*. Reservations will be made on a “first come, first served” basis.
Accommodation package includes (per person):
- Accommodation for 8 nights (4th – 12th July)
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including potable water (full board) daily
- Transportation from and to Zagreb airport on
the 4th of July and 12th of July

The registration fee is 80 euros for each player and accredited/accompanying person.
A deposit payment of 200 euros of the total due amount shall be paid for each player and accompanying person prior to 30th May, wherein bank charges shall be covered by the sender. The rest of the payment is to be transferred no later than 15th June. The payments in
question are to be transferred to the following bank account:

Accommodation can be provided for a longer period of stay (more than 8 nights), however, the organiser shall be notified about such request in advance. This type of accommodation shall be provided at a certain extra cost.
According to ECU youth tournaments rules (Article B.14.5.1), participants are to be accommodated in the official hotel.
Participants will have access to the outdoor pools (Summer Thermal Riviera) at special rates:
Adults: 10 EUR
Children: 7 EUR.
Visa information
Any federation members, players and accompanying persons who need a visa to enter Slovenia, are requested to contact the Organizer before the registration deadline of 4th of May 2025. The organizer will provide invitations for visas only after the necessary payments are wired, as described above.
Schengen visas are valid in Slovenia.
